Self-assessment: we question ourselves

Below are some questions to help you identify discriminatory structures in your facility or institution. If you cannot answer all the questions, move on to the next question. It is not so much about completeness of answers as a first step in raising awareness of structural or institutional discrimination. This discussion provides the basis for the measures you want to develop for yourself or your institution. At the end of the survey, you will receive a record of your responses if you wish.

What occupations are represented in your organization and in what numbers?

What is the composition of the professions in your organization in terms of gender, natio-ethno-cultural origin, social status, with and without physical disabilities, age? (Please provide absolute numbers if possible)?

What degrees/qualifications are found in the various professions?
