Please send your request at least 12 weeks before the desired start of the workshop.

There are two ways of finding experts/workshop leaders:

• DTD recommends an expert (if necessary after personal consultation) and handles the initial contact and inquiry.
• You recruit your expert yourself, arrange the workshop and send the offer to DTD.

You select an offer (or several if necessary). Alternatively, individual workshop topics can also be requested. The Dachverband Tanz can provide the following services for a corresponding cooperation fee:

• Space and technology are usually provided by the client
• Conception
• Planning and implementation of the workshop: Event format (online/ hybrid/ on site), scheduling
• Communication, contract and billing modalities with the expert (offer review, contract preparation and billing)
• Participant administration
• Evaluation

Participation in the offers is discounted or free of charge for members, employees and associates of the cooperation partner. The minimum number of participants is 10. The maximum number of participants is determined depending on the format, room size and consultation with the workshop leader. If free places are available, these will be opened up to guests for a mutually agreed fee. All interested dance professionals can participate as guests.

You will receive a cooperation agreement for the qualification event for review and signature by e-mail.
