International collaborations help to change perspectives, they can stimulate collaborative work processes, cross-cultural exchange and the emergence of new networks and forms of work, thus enriching artistic and personal development. But at the same time they demand extensive knowledge and a high level of commitment: How can potential partners be found? How are contacts made? And how does international networking "work"?
The range of trade fairs, showcase formats, international meeting places and trans-shipment centres is not insignificant and precisely because of this variety of possibilities, a clear objective and good personal planning are necessary prerequisites for becoming internationally active.
In the workshop "Internationale Distribution? How to... Akquise & Messebesuch", tools will be taught to develop initial strategic approaches for one's own international work, and network meetings and funding programmes for international cooperation will be presented.
The workshop will be followed by a short info session on the current call for applications of Kreativ-Transfer.
Registration is open and takes place exclusively via the online form. As always, participation is free of charge, but the number of participants is limited. Places will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
