As a dance researcher and dance lecturer, Margrit Bischof is committed to a multifaceted networking of research, education and art in dance. At the University of Bern, she participated in the establishment of a department for equal opportunities and represented the concerns of the Faculty of Humanities in the Equal Opportunities Commission. As a member of the board of the DTD, she was actively involved in the ethics working group and, together with this team, laid the foundations for the installation of the ethics committee. She is a member of dansesuisse and can contribute their findings and publications on ethical issues to the work of the commission.
