Dachverband Tanz Deutschland - new board and appointment of an ethics committee

On September 21, 2021, the members of Dachverband Tanz Deutschland met for the General Assembly.

For the first time since March 2020, a meeting took place in presence again. The main topics were the appointment of members of an ethics commission of the association and the board elections.

The general meeting and the board elected a total of eight members of a future ethics commission from the members' proposals. Currently, the office is in exchange with the elected members to prepare the start of the work and the official announcement of the members.

Elected as new board members were:

Anika Bendel, dancer and cultural producer, spokesperson for Dancersconnect

Margrit Bischof, dance scientist and representative of the Society for Dance Research

Sabine Gehm, artistic director of the festival TANZ Bremen

Nina Hümpel, publicist and editor of tanznetz.de

Helge Letonja, choreographer and director steptext dance project

Guido Markowitz, choreographer and ballet director Theater Pforzheim

Juliane Raschel, project coordinator Tanzplattform Rhein-Main
